​Step 1: Inform Your Crew!​
Each week, announce the week's activity challenge to your entire student activities program. This can be done during class, at an executive officer meeting, or even through a class communication thread.

​Step 2: When, Where, & How?​
Decide as a program whether you want to complete the activity, modify it to better fit your school, or wait until the following week.
​
One HUGE note here-- you're not alone! Be sure to delegate often and collaborate with various groups within your leadership program. The more Weekly Challenges you complete, the better!

Name: Helping Pali High School ASB

​Description: In response to the recent fires in Pacific Palisades, Pali High’s ASB has requested help in three ways: fundraising, purchasing from an Amazon wishlist, or hosting a donation drive for school supplies and classroom items. This week, your goal is to decide which method suits your leadership program and take action to support their recovery efforts.

​Process:

1. Hold a leadership meeting with your program to review the details of Pali High’s situation. Emphasize the importance of helping a fellow school community in need.
2. Review each support option provided by Pali ASB and decide if any are feasible for your campus community:
   1. Option A: Organize a donation drive for non-clothing items (school supplies, art materials, classroom necessities) per Pali’s item list.
   2. Option B: Fundraise and donate to the Pali Relief fundraiser.
   3. Option C: Fundraise and purchase items from the Pali Amazon Wishlist.
3. Once your class has discussed all possible options, use Pali High School's SignUpGenius link to officially participate.
4. Set up the specifics for whichever option your program selects--
   1. For a Donation Drive: Create bins, posters, and announcements. Collect and package items.
   2. For Wishlist: Gather funds or donations, then purchase the needed items on Amazon.
   3. For Fundraising: Plan an event or campaign.
